Update delivery and shipment status

Once you have confirmed to have enough stock for your order, you may need to update its delivery status to us. This action is required for some operation models.

Seller delivery

For every seller delivery order, you need to update the delivery status to successful or failed:

Self-deliver cross border

If you do NOT handle the shipment of your oversea order, please skip this.

If you are 3rd Party Logistic partner or your store handles the shipment of the oversea order, you need to update the shipment status:

Other models

For other operation models, you don’t need to update delivery status or shipment status. These are already handled by Tiki and our logistic partners.
