Currently, for orders with inventory_type “backorder”, we are not receiving any information about boxes, status history, tracking number, or package number. Do you have any updates on this API? I haven’t seen any changes in the change logs for this API, so I assume the current documentation is still accurate. If there have been any changes, please let me know.
